AMG Specialty Hospital – Albuquerque seeks a Full Time Leader Respiratory Therapist who supervises the performance of technical work concerned with administering therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities. Operating and monitoring respiratory equipment, such as, continuous and intermittent ventilators, medical gas delivery apparatus, incentive breathing/hyperinflation devices, environmental control systems, and aerosol devices; administering medical gases, humidification, aerosols, and respiratory medications; maintaining clearance of patients natural and artificial airways; obtaining blood samples and interpreting blood gas data; and providing primary assistance in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The Lead RT is responsible for the scheduling and staffing all Respiratory needs for the hospital as well as ensuring that the hospital has the proper supplies to for the treatment of our patients.
AMG Specialty Hospital - Albuquerque seeks a seek a Chief Clinical Officer, CCO with experience in Long Term Acute Care (LTACH) and/or ICU experience. The CCO will be a member of the positive leadership and administrative team of facility. Also participates in staffing, decision-making, policy determination, and clinical planning and clinical operations of the hospital. She/he has the responsibility for overseeing management of nursing practices. The CNO must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to delivering quality nursing care; strategies for examining and applying relevant concepts; current leadership, management, and developmental performance improvement concepts; and the ability to participate in developing and implementing positive strategies to address opportunities for improving nursing care.
